    健身第一天——累

    今天开始了健身生活,锻炼的时间比较长,而且好久没有这样锻炼了,估计明早起来会浑身上下都疼不过我忍了,哈哈哈!为了做健康宝宝是要这样的,毕竟已经堕落的时间太久了!今天做了一小时普拉提,一小时有养循环(就是狂跳操),在跑步机上慢走将近一小时,骑了15分钟单车,运动量有些超负荷了……不过锻炼完真的好舒服,哈哈哈哈
    明天晚上的健身就不能去了,因为要上课,呵呵,就当好好休息一下吧!春暖花开,锻炼身体,做个健康宝宝,哈哈哈哈
